When you walk in the front door of my home, an unpleasant musty odor greets you. My wife and I have discovered that the odor is coming from the cabinets. From what I can tell, the cabinets are original (about 50 years old). There must be some water damage that we are unable to see.

This product works great and is cheap. We have tried many things to get rid of the musty smell. We like to entertain but we were embarrassed to have guests over due to the foul scent.
Of course this is no permanent fix, but it works for now. We also use candles to help freshen up the house. I don't like to use sprays or air fresheners for they seem to be too strong. You can tell that you are just trying to cover something up. Plus, they can stir up allergies.
